As of now we do not provide any option for cancellation of centre franchises/subscription/ admission or other services you have purchase or paid. Once a fee paid for any services by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially. We suggest that first you go through the website before you subscribe or paid to www.nied.co.in

 

Caution Deposit in NIED COUNCIL and Security Deposit shall be refunded in full. The caution/security money or such security deposits will be refunded to the students on his/her leaving the NIED COUNCIL, after completion of the program and declaration of the final examination results. The security deposit will be processed after the deduction of all dues and other claims if any against him/her. The student must claim his/her security within one year from the date of declaration of results, thereafter no claim regarding the refund of security will be considered by the NIED COUNCIL. No interest will be payable by the NIED COUNCIL on such a deposit.

 

The fees of students who have already been admitted to a program/ course of the NIED COUNCIL and have paid the fees and are subsequently admitted to another program shall have to pay the fees for the final admission and claim the refund of fees paid earlier, in which case no administrative charges shall he deducted from fees paid earlier by the student.

 

However, if the fees payable for both the programmes are the same, the fees paid earlier shall be transferred to the final program where admission is sought.

 

Cancellation of Admission for furnishing incorrect information

The admission of a student is liable to be cancelled at any time, on being found, ineligible or unfit for admission, or of using fraudulent means for securing admission or otherwise or if any of the statements made by him/her is found false or incorrect or otherwise and the NIED COUNCIL shall have the right to take such other disciplinary action and/or penalty, as decided by the NIED COUNCIL, against such a student as per the policy and the Rules of the NIED COUNCIL In such case, the fee deposited by the student shall be forfeited and he/she shall also be liable to pay the pending fee for the remaining duration of the course and dues, penalty, etc. if any.

 

All other cases of the refund of the fees will be decided on case to case basis on its merit.
